A referral is the beginning of assessment.
KENJAC can review referrals for young adults experiencing homelessness, family rejection or crisis. The form asks for only the information needed to understand the referral and make an initial safety and service decision.
Before you submit
- Explain your relationship to the person being referred.
- Share known immediate safety concerns and requested support.
- Avoid unnecessary sensitive detail in the first submission.
- Ensure you have an appropriate basis to share the information.
